This week’s Video Wednesday features one of the most beloved tradition Iranian dishes: Ab-Goosht, also known as Dizi. I was totally salivating when I was watching this video and wished that I could go to a restaurant where they serve Dizi in the same traditional way in which it is served in Iran.

Today’s video is “Dizi” by PressTV and it’s about eight minutes long. The quality of the video is not great, but it will still make you salivate!
