I personally love seafood. It wasn’t always that way; as a matter of fact I was not a huge fan as a child. But my mom loved seafood and she often made various types of fish recipes. It eventually grew on me and today it is a big part of my diet. If you love shrimp, I am sure you’ll enjoy this Shrimp Kabob recipe.
I usually have a bag of frozen shrimp in my freezer. I love the fact that they cook super fast and they are delicious! This recipe is super easy and very delicious. All you need is some shrimp and some pre-made fish seasoning! It can be made both indoors or outside on the grill.
Ingredients
20 large shrimp (31-40 per pound), thawed
1 tbsp Sadaf Fish Seasoning
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
In a bowl place 1 tablespoon of seasoning and mix with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Add shrimp and mix well until every shrimp is nicely coated. Cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Place 5 shrimp on each skewer and place on the grill. I love using my “Georgie” for quickly grilling shrimp indoors. Once you have placed the skewers on the grill, brush the shrimp with the remainder of the marinade. Cook shrimp for a couple of minutes, then flip over and continue to cook for a few more minutes until completely cooked.
Note: if you are using wooden skewers on a regular grill, make sure to soak them in water for one hour prior to grilling.
Serve with a side of rice or…
with a nice salad!
Pretty darn easy, no?!!
