Hence I sure enjoyed the documentary and see the great value in it as it gives the opportunity for the viewer to get a bit of an insight to our food culture, although it&#039;s strange to me why Jason used duck insted of lamb, beef or chicken. Well, on the other hand, what&#039;s nothing wrong with variation, right?Great stuff! Cheers!
