How I wish there were classes for Persian cuisine in Chicago. Do you know of any?

I would absolutely love to take your class if I lived a bit closer! Unfortunately I am in Europe so I won’t be able to make it. If you ever visit Switzerland, you can stay at my place for free and just teach me how to make some of these delicious dishes…how about that?

Caroline, I have been to Switzerland several times. My husband and I were actually there for one week last April. We actually stopped in Zürich for a couple of days! Hopefully, next time?!
my question is when are you doing a cookbook … I wish that I was there in Cali to attend your class I am not so I pout but my idea is a good one a cookbook sooooooooo is one in the works I am ready credit card in hand =)
