I forgot “Baking Spray&quot; and my paper was not even the right parchment paper. Everything got stuck to that and none of my effort worked to get the cake sheet away of paper. Everything went to trash bin! :(
I tasted the half baked cake and it tasted good though.
I am going to try it tomorrow night :)
Just a quick question: how long it usually takes to whisk egg whites with the 2 tbsp of powdered sugar to get white peaks?
