It’s time for yet another fun Video Wednesday featuring Persian rice making. I laughed so so so much watching this video because I found it so relatable. When I first started making Persian rice a few years ago, it took a while to actually get the hang of things and learn all the little tricks to
make sure that the rice is cooked and ready for flipping.
Just like Azi in this video I have used some serious choice words and cursed at my rice and Persian cooking as a whole in the past. I hope that you will find this video as amusing as I did and laugh from the bottom of your tummy like I did! I find her to me light hearted and funny.

I laughed because she obviously learned from her husband. I learned from my mother in law and never had a problem! It I also learned two new tricks from her when she moved to the US. Line the pan with tin foil when you cook the rice ans use a tortilla for the tadek ? All my Amsrican friends fight over the tadek!
