We recently went to the Magic Castle for a fantastic evening filled with awesome magic shows and even better company. When dinner time came, I was immediately intrigued by the Roast Chicken with Dried Cherry Saffron Rice on the menu.

I wonder where the chef got his inspiration!! Perhaps, our very own Albaloo Polow???!!!
