Persian Food Bloggers Give Readers a Taste of Iran
Last week I received an email from a reporter requesting to interview me. Jeff and I ended up having a great conversation that lasted almost two hours covering Persian food, writing, and a little politics. Not one but TWO articles were published on Friday but I didn’t see them until just now since I was in San Francisco for an intense 48 hours of prepping and cooking for a catering job.
Much to my excitement Azita from Tumeric & Saffron and Bria from West of Persian were also interviewed for the article. You can read the articles by clicking on the links below or by clicking on the pictures above:

Iranian Recipes and Memories Connect Bloggers and Readers
It is so exciting to be able to share our cuisine with the world. I can’t wait for more to come! Our culture is so incredibly rich and beautiful. It’s important for us Iranians to continue sharing and spreading our love for our culture so that our rich heritage is not forgotten. Most importantly we need to remember that we are sharing our heritage as a positive counterpoint to the negativity displayed in the mass media.
