Happy New Year to you, too! And love the recipe for reshteh polow. Our favorite polow is the sib-e zamimi polow that my mother-in-law may have made up (never seen it anywhere else). But the potatoes carmelize in the tadiq and it is delicious! Can’t wait to try the reshteh polow! Merci!
